  Suppose your firm new mattress turns to mush in just a month or two. Suppose that, against all odds, you convince the factory to exchange it. (Keep in mind that there are no returns on bedding in this state.) What do you get? A store coupon that is only good at the Kingsdown store. What is the last thing you want? Another Kingsdown mattress--but that's your only option. I don't recommend the brand, and I doubly don't recommend the factory store, where the only customer support is a card with the factory phone number on it. As for the warranty, don't bother. They'll find some way to weasel out of it.
